Like half of Singapore’s citizen population, I’ve been patiently waiting for my NS55 $100 credits. Over the 16th July weekend, those credits were finally deposited into my Life SG app!
The government does offer up quite a few goodies for Singaporeans – CDC vouchers, GST rebates and what not. Though, this all probably came in anticipation of inflation price hikes.
For NS men, there’ve been a no. of corporate deals to sweeten the $100 credits. Some folks have resorted to taking out cold hard cash through Sheng Siong ATMs. Fairprice had also offered extra $6 for $55 spent at the supermarket, although this has expired.
What I’m going for is probably the Frasers Malls’ deal. Basically, you can convert $100 credits for x2 Frasers Mall gift cards and get x2 $5 extra, or a total $10. And you can use the gift cards at participating outlets at malls like Century Square, Causeway Point and Centrepoint. I figured this would probably be best, but you do your research. Cheers!
